THE GYM

If you're local, we provide the perfect training environment. Our functional fitness space provides a quality, relaxed atmosphere with the best equipment. We take training seriously, but sometimes you wouldn't think it. With the environment we've created, you'll feel like you're training at the gym with your friends, with no one watching. All with some light hearted tunes and the occasional dog to cuddle. What's not to love?

MINDSET&LIFESTYLE

Mindset is important. However, I understand that you have a life outside of the gym. Whether you have a busy career, kids to take care of or enjoy your social life outside of coaching, I don't expect you to throw all of this away to achieve what you want. I take the pressure away of knowing and planning what to do, you just need to have the willingness to learn and do what is provided. My job is to make it so enjoyable you won't dread the training. I'll also teach you all you need to know regarding nutrition.

ONLINE COMMUNITY

Not local? That's okay! Face to face clients use the same coaching process online too so you're really not going to be missing out. No matter where you're located, you'll be a part of the community and have as much support as you would from face to face coaching. The program is flexible to whatever gym you're training from with demo videos, exercise alternatives and I coach you through the whole process. Whether that's: Reps, sets, rest, tempo.. I do the programming!

Personal Training

    There are options for 1-1, partner and small group coaching. Get the specific guidance you need to have the confidence in your movement patterns, being able to walk into any gym knowing what you're doing!

    I take care of everything! Not only are you supported within your session but outside too. A gym program, nutrition, accountability and community support to keep you on track.

Online Coaching

  1. ANY TIME

    Complete the program in your own time. No matter where you are, you'll have me coaching you along the way. From demo videos, educational content, coaching notes and more. I'll be on hand for any questions or extra support you need too.

  2. SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE

    The same coaching process as face-to-face, you don't need to have a training background to excel with online coaching. Video technique breakdown and support where you need it. I'll be able to coach you as if it's face to face.

Group training

  1. Whichever option you choose, you have the opportunity to train with team! We get together once a week for a sweat sesh! Even if you're an online client and find yourself in the area, you get the chance to jump in on the group session.

    This gives you the variety of having the gym to yourself and getting to know people within the community. Switch up the style of training with a circuit based class.
