£125 Per month
Get 2 Small group coaching (4 people p/s) sessions per week. With hands on feedback and exercise alternatives as you need them. Clear structure and guidance through a progressive program. Good energy and down to earth people. The fun of a class but the quality of 1-1.
Open gym: You can book in unlimited outside of your coached sessions to complete the online program. All with a video library and coaching notes from myself.
We all get together once a week for a sweat sesh! Even if you're an online client and find yourself in the area, you get the chance to jump in on the group session. Every saturday!
This gives you the variety of having the gym to yourself and getting to know people within the community. Switch up the style of training with a circuit based class.
That includes 3 coached sessions per week and your open gym membership. 1-1 nutrition guidance and coaching alongside.
Personal Training

Get the specific guidance you need to have the confidence in your movement patterns, being able to walk into any gym knowing what you're doing!
1-1 Coaching with an in person session per week. Your gym membership: Train at Peak Performance whenever you like. Online training program with custom library, nutrition guidance and group Saturday class at Peak Performance.

Whatever your ability or goals, personal training is a guaranteed way to get to where you want.
SIMPLE & UNDERSTANDABLE
I take care of everything! Not only are you supported within your session but outside too. A gym program, nutrition, accountability and community support to keep you on track.
Online Coaching
£150 Per month
ANY TIME
Complete the program in your own time. No matter where you are, you'll have me coaching you along the way. From demo videos, educational content, coaching notes and more. I'll be on hand for any questions or extra support you need too.
SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE
The same coaching process as face-to-face, you don't need to have a training background to excel with online coaching. Video technique breakdown and support where you need it. I'll be able to coach you as if it's face to face.
